• ✅ Early and reliable producer

• ✅ Bright pods are easy to spot and harvest

• ✅ Compact plants (about 15–18 inches tall)

• ✅ Great choice for small gardens and raised beds

Growing tips

• Planting time: After last frost, once soil is at least 60°F

• Spacing:

  • Plants: 3–4 inches apart

  • Rows: 18–24 inches apart

• Sun: Full sun (6–8+ hours)

• Water: Consistent moisture, especially during flowering

• Soil: Well-drained soil; avoid excess nitrogen

Tip: Yellow beans can show leaf spotting more easily, so good air circulation helps reduce disease issues.

Harvesting

• Harvest every couple of days to keep plants productive

• Older pods toughen quickly—best quality comes from frequent picking
